Transportation Funding Group, Inc. is excited to announce a program we have developed with T-Chek Systems. We can offer you our universally accepted private label fuel/cash card that we believe will save you money—even over the transaction fees you may now be paying to other fuel card companies.
With our fuel card program, you will receive our fuel cards that are processed through T-Chek Systems. T-Chek will establish your account and mail you the necessary supplies to begin using the cards. You will be assigned a T-Chek Account Support Representative who will help you through the entire process and provide you with training on the various products. You have access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through T-Chek’s toll-free phone number or you may access your account via the Internet through the T-Chek website.
The standard account is Pre-Pay, although there is a credit option requiring a Letter of Credit from your bank. We can make transfers to your TFG Fuel Card account directly from your Settlement balance and these transfers will happen faster than our standard bankwire process.
The TFG Fuel Card account allows you to use all of the T-Chek System features:
Fuel Card Service: Drivers use the TFG Fuel Card to obtain fuel at truck stops and cardlocks across the U.S. Universal acceptance at ALL major stops and many independents. CASH PRICE on all fuel purchases---save 4-6 cents per gallon over credit pricing. You maintain control via online or toll-free access of the account.
Cash on the Card Option: Advance funds instantly to drivers 24 hours a day seven days a week, or if you opt to allow your access to ATM’s, your drivers can use the card at ATM locations across North America.
Express Cash: Can be used for brokered loads, roadside emergencies, repairs, lumper fees or other unexpected expenses that arise.
Reporting/Date Feed: Customized reporting options gives you complete control over your account information.
24/7 Customer Service: Free customer service any hour of any day.
Pay-Chek Option: The TFG Fuel Card is the All-in-One card offering you a payroll/settlement option allowing you to load your driver’s payroll/settlements directly to the TFG Fuel Card giving your drivers access to these funds while on the road.
E-Stop Online: As a TFG Fuel Card holder, you have access to eStop on-line which gives you information on fuel prices throughout the U.S. and Canada. Updated every hour, you get the inside edge on pricing at more than 5,000 truck stops. Search by state, interstate, truckstop chain, etc.
Driver Lodging Program: Offers your drivers savings of 20% to 40% at more than 4000 trucker-friendly hotels nationwide. In addition, you get consolidated billing, which makes review and payment a snap.
Fuel Tax: T-Chek will collect your driver data by GPS, dispatch or paper trip reports and then automatically generate the filing forms and complete the tax forms for you. They can also submit your refund applications, allowing you to focus your time in other areas of your company.
Log Audit Services: Compile your drivers’ logs to make your next audit easier and trouble-free. Your driver logs will be scanned and imaged helping your safety department to be more efficient. Additionally, because your driver fuel purchases are with T-Chek fuel falsification checks can be performed.
Permits: No more waiting on the phone to order a permit. Order via the Internet and you tap into a system that can provide you with permitting for temporary permits and specialized loads making your job simpler.
